Hi all,

Your "Beowulf Recommendation Letter" is due tonight by 11:59PM on CANVAS.

THE ONLY WAY I CAN SEE WHAT YOU SUBMIT is if you submit a WORD DOC. I cannot view your googledocs.

So, if you submitted a googledoc today in class you need to RE-SUBMIT your assignment by 11:59PM tonight. Complete the following instructions to do this:

Step 1: Open up CANVAS, log in (same as school computer login--you do not need to put @csddocs.org to log in to CANVAS.

Step 2: In a new window or tab, Open your google drive account--> go to gmail/google drive and type in your student login info. this time with @csddocs.org at the end.

Step 3: Find your assignment and click the box to select it. Once you have it selected a box will appear up above it that says "More"-->Click More-->Click Dowload-->Make sure save as a "Microsoft Word Document" is selected-->Click save.

Step 4: Back on CANVAS go to modules within 12th English Language Arts, and find the assignment "Beowulf Recommendation Letter".

Step 5: Click "Submit Assignment" in the top right hand corner-->Make sure file upload is the tab your are on-->Click "Choose File"--> Select your WORD DOCUMENT (it will end in .doc or .docx)-->Then click "Submit Assignment".

A green check mark should appear if your submission was successful.
